Relief is possible

Therapy for reducing stress and anxiety

Is each day becoming exhausting?

In your mind there is constant self-judgement; a harsh inner critic with an endless stream of doubt and negativity.  It’s overthinking. Sometimes about one thing and sometimes it’s like having 10 browser tabs open at once and feeling your attention pulled in multiple directions.

There’s a sense of imposter syndrome – feeling like you’re not AS good, capable, or qualified as others you know. It may be a perfectionist need for every thing to be done “right” and in a certain way. This may often cause procrastination where you struggle to finish or even start projects. It’s feeling forgetful of things even when they are very important to you.

You struggle in social situations because you feel overly self-conscious, fear being watched and judged, and worry about being perceived as stupid, awkward, or boring. You just want to feel “normal.”
